XRP Price Recovers Above $2 After Hitting $1.60
After a sharp dip to $1.60, the XRP price has rebounded strongly and is currently trading at $2.12. This recent recovery is sparking renewed optimism among traders and investors alike. Over the past day, XRP gained +4.85%, helping offset losses from the previous month.

XRP SEC Lawsuit Nears Resolution
The long-standing legal battle between Ripple and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) appears to be nearing its end. In March 2025, the SEC dropped its appeal against Judge Analisa Torres’ ruling, which stated that XRP sold on public exchanges does not qualify as a security.
However, Ripple did agree to pay a reduced fine of $50 million related to earlier institutional sales. This partial legal win has cleared much of the regulatory fog surrounding XRP and could serve as a key catalyst for price growth. The improved legal clarity plays a critical role in any XRP price prediction for the months ahead.
